How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app, go to Account, tap "Restore Purchases"

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account > Settings > Delete Account

My report won't download. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support@stormrecord.com with your purchase receipt.

Can I get a refund?

Reports are generated instantly using real-time data, so all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact us and we'll resolve it.

How do I share my report with my insurance company?

After generating a report, tap the Share button to send the PDF via email, AirDrop, or save it to Files. You can then forward it to your insurance adjuster or upload it to your claim portal.

What if no storm data is found for my date?

StormRecord searches official government weather records. If the search doesn't find qualifying storm conditions (based on our severity thresholds), you won't be charged. You can search as many dates as you need for free.

Can I generate reports for multiple properties?

Yes! You can search any U.S. property address. Each report is a separate $49.99 purchase.

Do you offer discounts for multiple reports?

Not at this time. Each Weather Evidence Report is $49.99, regardless of quantity.
